Congress Engineering offers to their customers professional soundproof booths for simultaneous / synchronous interpretation with built-in ventilation. They meet the ISO 4043 standard as well as the European and world requirements for soundproofness. The Company is authorized representative of the Dutch Audipack and the French JPemBall that manufacture completely synchronized with the EU professional mobile booths for simultaneous / synchronous interpretation.
The main components of the technical provision of conference events with international participation are both the simultaneous interpretation and the mobile professional soundproof booths for interpreters. The simultaneous translation booths are of standard size. They are made of specialized lightened and fireproof materials that allow their easy transportation and assembly and guarantees the security in work with them. The booths are modular ones and may be built for the appropriate number of interpreters. In some cases, the manufacturing companies offer solutions for one interpreter per booth. In case of event with one foreign language the standard solution is one booth for two interpreters. For EU events, the booth for two interpreters could easily be expanded for three or four persons.
In order to provide comfort to the interpreters, the simultaneous interpretation booths are equipped with power supply for laptop, telephone besides the microphones. Light fixtures to be used by the interpreters are placed on the table in the booth.

Interpretation Booth of AUDIPACK Silent 9300 Series
AUDIPACK Silent 9300 is professional mobile booth for simultaneous interpretation It is characterized by very quick and easy mounting= As a standard, the booth is envisaged for two interpreters but it could be easily expanded for three or four interpreters. This booth is completely mobile and is suitable for any kind of conference systems.
The Silent Series Booth is the only booth for interpretation that meets the newest requirements of ISO4043 standard. It consists of eight exchangeable wall panels, four of which are equipped with windows made of Security Glass and additionally two ceiling panels.
The booth is equipped with a table in the standard set. The ventilation system is at request and one could select between fixed system – Type A – or movable system – Type B. Both variants are envisaged to be mounted in the ceiling panels. A special flightcase on wheels is used for transportation and storage.

Mounting Aid
With the mounting aid, one person can build a Silent 9300 interpreter booth. In case of mounting, the first panel is positioned, and then the second panel is assembled quickly and easily to the first one, and continuing with the rest is very easy and quickly.
Ventilation system A (fixed)
Ventilation system type A is fixed to the ceiling panels. Each Silent 9300 booth of type for two interpreters has two roof panels with fixed ventilation system. The ventilation system is supplied with 220 V and there is a jack socket for supplying a neighbouring ventilation system.
Ventilation system B (detachable)
The detachable ventilation system for Silent 9300 booth for two interpreters consists of two detachable components. Each unit is a box with a built-in extraction fan which can be put on top of one or both roof panels. The ventilation system is supplied with 220 V and there is a jack socket for supplying a neighbouring ventilation system.

J.P’emBall POLYTCAB® 2100
Portable booth for simultaneous interpretation Standard version for two interpreters and optional expendable for up to 4 interpreters in a booth.
Components: Polytcab® 2100 consists of 10 individual panels that might be fastened together thanks to the locking system built-in the edges of each panel that allows assembly for 10 minutes.
Positioning: Only Allen key and the 10 panels are needed for the assembly of the booth, as the position of each panel is designed in such a way that the booth is built-up without any detachable pillars in the corners.
Materials J.P’emBall does not use fire hazardous materials in the production of the interpretation booth (pursuant to the requirements of ISO 4043 standard for simultaneous interpretation booths) by the selection of the least amount of M2 materials and 90% M1 materials. Soundproofing foam plastics are placed on washable artificial leather, which is punched and gives good global view of the interior.

So, its door is wider, expanded to 93 см., which allows access of an interpreter in a wheel-chair. Despite this, you should order the manufacture and placement of such a wide door. However, it is possible to buy a special kit Door + small panel, so that to transform Polytcab® 2100 into Polytcab® 2100Н.
